Certificates and acknowledgments were presented to the students by the Rector of the University, Police Colonel Oleksandr MORHUNOV.
The Rector emphasized that youth is not only the future of the state but also those who are currently holding the educational front. He highlighted that rebuilding Ukraine after Victory will rely on educated individuals shaping strategic directions both domestically and internationally.
