Cadets of the Dnipro Lyceum for Security-Oriented and National-Patriotic Education named after Oleksandr Hostishchev were the first to experience a thematic role-playing game in the detective genre.
Ruslan LUPYR, the Anti-Corruption Commissioner of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, introduced the new board game “Furious Anticorruptionists” and conducted training on how to play it. Participants, acting as detectives from the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), a prosecutor from the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO), a judge from the High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC), and experts from the National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP), aimed to join forces in combating corruption and fostering an honest government and a just society.
During the event, cadets learned about the roles and functions of Ukraine’s anti-corruption institutions, including the NACP, NABU, SAPO, HACC, and SBI.
In the game, the cadets represented the “Integrity Team,” featuring characters symbolizing the assault brigade of the National Police of Ukraine, “Fury.” Using logic, intuition, and knowledge, participants sought to uncover and combat corruption, taking their first steps toward building a nation of integrity.
At the end of the event, Ruslan LUPYR and the Lyceum Director, Kyrylo NEDRIA, presented the cadets with a copy of “Furious Anticorruptionists” on behalf of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
