The event brought together military veterans and students of the Dnipro Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after Oleksandr Hostishchev. DSUIA Vice-Rector, Police Lieutenant Colonel Ihor KOVALIOV, also joined the gathering.

The program included a master class on preparing traditional Ukrainian Christmas dishes. Participants, guided by experienced chefs, prepared dishes such as kutia, uzvar, marinated fish, stuffed peppers, potatoes with mushrooms, sweet cupcakes, and more.

After working in the kitchen, everyone gathered at a festive table to discuss Christmas traditions and enjoy the dishes they had prepared.

The organizers emphasized that such events facilitate the adaptation of veterans, foster the creation of new social bonds, and enhance communication among participants.

At the end of the meeting, all participants received sweet and memorable gifts, adding a special festive atmosphere to the event.
