At Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, a student of the Driving School for People with Disabilities successfully passed her exams and received a Category B driver’s license.
Iryna LYAKHU, a Ukrainian athlete in shooting sports for individuals with musculoskeletal disorders, is a member of the national team of Ukraine, a Ukrainian champion, World Cup champion, and a participant in three Paralympic Games.
Upon learning about the Driving School for People with Disabilities at DSUIA, Iryna immediately took an interest in obtaining her driver’s license. She completed the theoretical course, underwent practical training, and diligently prepared for the exams. Thanks to the professional instructors of the DSUIA driving school, who thoroughly explained every detail, Iryna now feels confident behind the wheel.
After successfully passing her practical exam, Iryna was presented with her driver’s license by DSUIA Vice-Rector, Police Lieutenant Colonel Ihor KOVALIOV.
Although Iryna does not yet own a car, she is already planning to make this important purchase, assuring that her new skills will undoubtedly come in handy soon.
