DSUIA Representatives Participate in the VII Congress of the Ukrainian Student League

The three-day event held in Ivano-Frankivsk brought together representatives from over 80 higher education institutions across Ukraine and 13 youth policy organizations.

Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) was represented at the Congress by Maria KHLIVNA, a cadet from the Faculty of Training for Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine, and Tetyana MOROZ, a student from the Institute of Law and Innovative Education.

During the event, participants had the opportunity to engage with education experts, including Serhii BABAK, Chair of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Education, Science, and Innovation; Natalia PIPA, Secretary of the Committee; Mykhailo-Ivan VYNNYTSKYI, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine; Andrii BUTENKO, Head of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA); and Olha SMALIY, Head of the Western Directorate of the National Agency of Civil Service.

The discussions and panels covered topics such as safeguarding the rights of higher education students, fostering innovation and partnerships, and creating youth spaces and platforms for student-business collaboration. Additional conversations focused on the work of the NAQA Expert Council and accreditation processes, as well as outlining key developments and achievements in the education sector for 2024.

In addition to the open meetings, delegates toured the Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, King Danylo University, and the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional Military Administration.

Maria KHLIVNA and Tetyana MOROZ noted that the student congress serves as an effective platform for exchanging experiences among student self-governance bodies and collaboratively developing solutions aimed at transforming and advancing the modern educational environment.
