Investigators and police officers authorized to investigate criminal offenses involving children have successfully completed advanced training at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
The program participants represented the Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava regions.
Vice-Rector of the university, Police Lieutenant Colonel Ihor KOVALIOV, emphasized the importance of comprehensive knowledge for police officers. He noted that high-quality and thorough training is essential for effective criminal investigations and establishing the truth.
The advanced training program, organized by the Department of Advanced Training and Specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning, was successfully completed by 25 participants. During the program, they studied key issues of criminal procedural legislation, regulatory acts in the field of combating domestic violence, and current aspects of preventing and combating offenses committed against children.
After passing the comprehensive final examination, all participants were awarded the respective certificates.
