Cadets of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs participated in a cultural program exploring the modern Russo-Ukrainian war through artistic perspectives.
Students from the Faculty for Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine visited the Dnipro Art Museum and a branch of the Dmytro Yavornytskyi National Historical Museum.
The cadets explored the outdoor exhibition titled “Paths of Donbas,” which showcased military equipment, weapons, a mock checkpoint made of concrete blocks, and a central sculptural composition surrounded by signs from occupied cities. Inside the art halls, they viewed paintings portraying life and everyday realities under martial law.
As part of the national-patriotic education program, the cadets watched “Cyborgs,” a military drama by Akhtem Seitablaiev about the events of 2014 in Donbas. The film left a profound impression on the cadets, who praised the performances of the cast and the efforts of the production team, highlighting the film’s realism and emotional depth.
“The film portrays not only military events but also human resilience, dedication, and courage demonstrated by Ukrainian defenders during the most challenging moments of the war. It’s an opportunity to remember our heroes, whose feats inspire us to continue serving our homeland,” the future law enforcement officers emphasized.
