The event, which took place at the Alley of the Memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes and Fallen ATO Soldiers, brought together representatives of the city and regional authorities, law enforcement, the public, and city residents.
The Rector of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, Colonel of Police Oleksandr MORHUNOV, also took part in the event.
During the ceremony, attendees laid flowers at the monument in honor of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes and fallen soldiers, paying tribute to their heroism with a moment of silence. This gesture became a symbol of deep gratitude and respect for those who gave their lives for a free and sovereign Ukraine.
