Representatives of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs were recognized during a meeting of the university’s rectorate.
The departmental commendation medal of the National Police of Ukraine, “Veteran of Service,” was awarded to the university’s Vice-Rector, Doctor of Law, Professor, Honored Worker of Science and Technology of Ukraine, Police Colonel Oleksandr YUNIN.
Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Oleksandr MORHUNOV, also presented an award to Sofia SILINA, a student of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education at DSUIA, for her victory in the International Festival-Competition “INSHI.” Sofia received a first-degree laureate diploma, a trophy, the grand prize—a certificate for creating an original song—as well as a special award for the best stage image.
The International Festival-Competition of Vocal, Instrumental, Choreographic, Theatrical, and Circus Arts “INSHI” was held in Dnipro in January 2025.
Rector Oleksandr MORHUNOV congratulated the awardees and wished them continued success in their service, studies, and creative endeavors.
