The FAMILY DDUVS project continues its work at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, engaging higher education students in meaningful conversations.
During the latest meeting, cadets had the opportunity to speak with Natalia KARNAUKH, Head of the Social and Humanitarian Work Department of DSUIA and Police Lieutenant Colonel. Participants shared their current emotional states, reflected on their present circumstances, and discussed what helps them find the strength to move forward.
Special focus was placed on developing social competencies, self-awareness, personal reflection, and shaping one’s self-concept.
The meeting introduced cadets to metaphorical cards—an effective tool for self-discovery that aids psychological growth.
The participants emphasized the importance of recognizing available inner resources, maintaining them at a high level, and applying them to achieve their goals.
