NEWS

At the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, cadets had the opportunity to meet with a soldier from the 12th Special Purpose Brigade “Azov” of the National Guard of Ukraine

The serviceman shared his military experience, personal stories from the frontlines, and insights into rehabilitation after being wounded. He answered numerous questions from the cadets, who were eager to learn about the real conditions of combat and the key skills necessary for effectively countering the enemy.

During the meeting, the guest emphasized the importance of resilience, team cohesion, and motivation among comrades-in-arms. He highlighted that the moral and physical readiness of each soldier to fulfill their duties, an understanding of key challenges, and the ability to confront them decisively are crucial for success on the battlefield.

Such meetings are of great importance for future law enforcement officers, as they provide a realistic perspective on military service. Learning from the experiences of defenders and veterans helps cadets better understand how to maintain resilience, manage stress, and make quick, effective decisions in extremely challenging situations—skills that are invaluable for future police professionals.

Moreover, direct communication with military personnel fosters patriotism, discipline, and strong moral values among cadets, preparing them for their vital service to the country.
