As part of national-patriotic education, cadets of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs met with a soldier of the 128th Territorial Defense Brigade.
The serviceman shared his personal experience, recounting how his military journey began in 2022 on the Donetsk front. He described daily life at the front, tactical operations, and combat engagements.
A particularly emotional moment of the meeting was his story of heroism—despite being wounded, he managed to save his comrade. For his service, he was awarded the “Veteran of War” medal in 2023.
At the end of the meeting, cadets actively engaged in discussion, asking numerous questions and receiving detailed answers. The future law enforcement officers expressed deep gratitude to the soldier for his courage and dedication.
