The class was conducted as part of the “Proceedings on Citizen Appeals in the Activities of Preventive Police Units” course.
The session focused on “Organization of Citizen Appeals Handling in the National Police of Ukraine: Essence, Content, and Directions for Improvement.” It was organized by the Department of Administrative Law and Procedure of DSUIA in cooperation with the Documentation Support Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region.
Svitlana SUKHORUKOVA, Chief Specialist of the Documentation Support Department, introduced cadets to the procedures for handling citizen appeals, organizing personal receptions, and addressing key challenges in the processing of appeals.
Special attention was given to drafting responses, meeting deadlines for official documents, and the procedural framework for responding to appeals in accordance with current legislation.
The session provided cadets with practical knowledge and essential skills for their future professional duties, reinforcing the significance of timely and high-quality processing of citizen appeals in the National Police system.
