“Psychological Aspects of Developing Observation and Behavior Analysis Skills”: A Training Session for DSUIA Cadets

A training session dedicated to developing observation and behavior analysis skills was held for cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation of the National Police of Ukraine at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.

During the session, cadets explored the factors influencing human behavior, gained theoretical and practical knowledge on observation methods, and examined the specifics of nonverbal communication and its types. Special attention was given to exercises that enhance attentiveness and analytical thinking.

Psychologist Anzhelika MOROZ emphasized that observation and behavior analysis skills are an essential part of a police officer’s professional toolkit. These skills not only aid in effectively solving crimes but also help prevent them, ensuring public order and safety.

The acquired knowledge and practical skills will contribute to improving the professional competence of future law enforcement officers, helping them quickly navigate complex situations and make the right decisions.
