On February 28, 2025, the Ukrainian Association of Women in Law Enforcement, in cooperation with Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs, held a webinar titled “Current Issues of Electronic Declaration for Law Enforcement Officers.”
The event featured speakers Kyryl Sydorenko, a lawyer from the Dnipropetrovsk Bar Council, and Ruslan Lupyr, DSUIA’s Anti-Corruption Commissioner. The moderator was Larysa Nalyvaiko, Assistant to the Rector on Gender Issues, Board Member of the Ukrainian Association of Women in Law Enforcement, Doctor of Law, and Professor. More than 100 participants joined the event online.
The webinar aimed to highlight safe steps for electronic declaration, considering recent changes in anti-corruption legislation.
Key discussion topics included problematic aspects of e-declaration, legislative updates and innovations in Ukraine, common mistakes, and increased liability for late or inaccurate electronic declarations.
The speakers provided answers to numerous questions from the webinar participants.
