NEWS, Sport for military veterans

Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs continues to support military veterans by organizing specialized self-defense training sessions for them. These sessions are part of a comprehensive rehabilitation and adaptation program designed to help veterans transition to civilian life.

The primary goal of the training is to equip veterans with practical self-defense skills that will help them feel more confident in everyday life. The sessions also contribute to physical rehabilitation, stress reduction, psychological well-being, and social adaptation.

Experienced instructors conduct the training, taking into account the individual needs of each participant. The program includes learning basic self-defense techniques and practicing defense strategies against various types of attacks.
