The Department of Social and Humanitarian Work organized an event as part of the activities of the Junior Commanders’ School. The meeting focused on the concept of bullying and methods of counteracting it.
Head of the Social and Humanitarian Work Department, Police Lieutenant Colonel Nataliia Karnaukh, together with the participants, thoroughly analyzed the essence of bullying, its manifestations, and its impact on the moral and psychological climate within groups. Special attention was given to the importance of fostering a healthy environment where everyone feels comfortable and safe. Cadets received practical recommendations on identifying bullying and effectively responding to it, contributing to team cohesion and positive group development.
In the second part of the session, junior commanders met with DSUIA’s Anti-Corruption Commissioner, Ruslan Lupyr. He discussed the concept of unlawful benefits, restrictions on receiving gifts, and methods for preventing and resolving conflicts of interest—key aspects of professional ethics.
