The lessons are conducted as part of the “Criminal Process” course for students of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
A seminar on “Principles of Criminal Proceedings” was held for cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine, featuring Denys IHNATIEV, a judge of the Novomoskovsk City District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Region.
Cadets also explored the topic “Appealing Decisions, Actions, and Inaction in Pre-Trial Proceedings” together with Anastasiia DIDENKO, a lawyer, advisor at LCF Law Group, and head of the anti-corruption and compliance practice.
The session covered general provisions of criminal procedural law, problematic aspects of its application, and provided constructive feedback from the judge and lawyer on the issues discussed during the lesson.
