The event was organized by the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education to mark International Women’s Rights Day and International Peace Day.
The training session for students was conducted by Yuliia KOSENKO, Deputy Director of the Educational and Scientific Institute of Law and Innovative Education at DSUIA, and Kateryna HUSHTIUK, a coach, trainer, and psychologist. The goal was to develop and enhance the skills necessary for effective leadership.
The event welcomed special guests—women service members and leaders in their fields, including Yevheniia ZAVYORTKINA, a specialist in training organization and execution, and Nadiia ZAHREBELNA, a logistics sergeant. They emphasized that women can stand as equals to men and demonstrate leadership qualities at the highest level.
The training aimed to help participants recognize their leadership potential, learn how to manage teams effectively, make decisions, and influence others.
During the event, participants discussed key topics such as leadership, effective communication, persuasion skills, motivation, team management, and emotional intelligence development.
