Twenty-nine trainees from the Department of Advanced Training and Specialization at the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning successfully completed a long-term professional development program and received their certificates.
The trainees represented Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Poltava, and Zaporizhzhia regions. Over the course of 12 days, they studied the specifics of patrolling, checkpoint duty, fundamentals of explosives handling, and pre-medical aid. They also mastered firearms training, tactical skills, and psychological preparation, with particular emphasis on ensuring public safety and order under martial law conditions.
At the end of the program, the police officers passed a comprehensive final exam, consisting of both theoretical and practical components.
The graduates of the advanced training program were greeted by Ihor Mahdalina, First Vice-Rector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA). He highlighted the importance of comprehensive and high-quality training for patrol police officers and presented them with their certificates.
