Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) and the Police Guard Department of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at training professional personnel.
The document seeks to combine efforts to enhance the training of specialists for the police guard, contributing to effective crime prevention and the protection of property rights and interests of individuals and legal entities.
As part of the Memorandum’s implementation, students will gain insights into the specifics of the police guard’s operations and the legislation regulating legal relations in the fields of security and law enforcement. Plans include discussing current issues related to security activities, analyzing the causes of property-related offenses against citizens and organizations, and studying measures to prevent such crimes.
DSUIA Rector, Police Colonel Oleksandr Morhunov, and the Head of the Police Guard Department of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Police Colonel Kostiantyn Puchkov, are confident that the agreement opens new opportunities for training highly qualified personnel and strengthening regional security.
