Participants of Short-Term Professional Development Program at DSUIA Receive Certificates

Investigators and inquiry officers authorized to investigate criminal offenses involving children completed their training at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA).

The participants represented Dnipropetrovsk and Poltava regions.

DSUIA Vice-Rector, Police Lieutenant Colonel Ihor Kovalov, emphasized the importance of professional training for police officers, which defines a law enforcement officer as a true professional. He highlighted that investigators and inquiry officers play a crucial role in uncovering the truth in all cases, especially those involving children.

The professional development program was successfully completed by 26 participants. They studied key issues of criminal procedure legislation, regulatory acts related to combating domestic violence, and current aspects of preventing and countering offenses committed against children.

Upon passing a comprehensive final exam, all participants received their certificates.
