At Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA), a sports rehabilitation program for military veterans continues, aimed at supporting defenders who have returned from the front lines.
These training sessions are part of a rehabilitation and adaptation program designed to help veterans recover from injuries. The classes are conducted under the supervision of qualified instructors from the DSUIA Department of Special Physical Training. The specialists individually tailor the workload for each participant to ensure the sessions provide maximum benefit. Taking into account the veterans’ physical condition, they select exercises that promote health improvement and enhance well-being.
The primary goal of the program is to offer comprehensive support to military veterans, helping them overcome the physical and psychological effects of war and return to a full life. The training sessions not only restore the body but also strengthen the spirit, giving defenders confidence in their abilities. DSUIA continues to facilitate veterans’ adaptation by combining expertise and care.
The event was held as part of the “Friendly Support” project by the Department of Education, Science, and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
