As part of the signed Memorandum of Cooperation between DSUIA and the Junior Academy of Sciences, the first meeting of the Historical Discussion Club took place on the topic: “Ukrainian Armed Formations of 1917-1921.”
The event was initiated by the Dnipro Lyceum of Security Orientation and National-Patriotic Education of the Ministry of Internal Affairs named after O. Hostishchev and representatives of the HISTORYLAB educational program. The discussion was attended by representatives of MIA lyceums, as well as school youth interested in history.
A wide range of issues were discussed, including the role and objectives of the military in the struggle of that time, the fight for independence, prominent historical figures, and key events.
The participants demonstrated a high level of erudition and emphasized the importance of such topics for shaping national and patriotic consciousness among future defenders and citizens.
