Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) has launched a short-term professional development program for officers of criminal investigation units. Participants will represent the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Luhansk regions. During the course, law enforcement officers will study topics related to human rights, anti-corruption legislation, operational and investigative activities, and the organization of solving specific types of crimes.
Before the start of the program, DSUIA Vice-Rector, Police Lieutenant Colonel Ihor Kovalov, met with the criminal investigation officers. In his address, he emphasized the importance of systematic professional training for law enforcement and wished the participants success in mastering the material. He also highlighted the need for strict adherence to safety measures during the training process, including mandatory responses to air raid alerts. The university continues to serve as a platform for the professional development of law enforcement officers, combining a scientific foundation with practical case studies from operational activities.
