Adaptive training sessions continue at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs to help military veterans return to active life.
The training for defenders is organized by the Department of Special Physical Training of DSUIA.
Veterans from the Dnipropetrovsk region, who seek to restore their physical and mental health after service, are taking part. Under the supervision of experienced trainers, participants perform exercises adapted to their individual needs. These sessions help strengthen muscles, improve coordination, and enhance overall well-being. The meetings not only aid in overcoming the consequences of war but also foster a supportive environment where veterans can communicate and inspire one another.
According to specialists from the Department of Special Physical Training at DSUIA, sport becomes a pathway to socialization and a new quality of life for the defenders.
