Billiards sessions for military veterans continue at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
The training is conducted by the Department of Special Physical Training at DSUIA, initiated by the university’s leadership.
Participants include military veterans who are undergoing health recovery in medical institutions of the Dnipropetrovsk region after their service. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, the defenders are mastering billiards techniques, which help improve coordination, concentration, and emotional well-being.
According to the organizers, billiards supports physical recovery and helps veterans adapt to peaceful life, opening new opportunities for leisure and social interaction.
The billiards training sessions are held weekly, giving veterans the chance to actively participate in the university’s sports life.
The event took place within the framework of the “Friendly Support” project by the Department of Education, Science, and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
