Сadets of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs continue to participate in volunteer activities aimed at supporting the needs of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
This week, the cadets once again assisted the charitable center “PavuChary from Dnipro,” where they hand-sewed new pillows for the military. The students were involved in every stage of production—from fabric cutting to packaging the finished products.
“Our approach is not just about technology but also attention to detail. Each stitch carries respect, each filling contains warmth, and each package carries faith in our Armed Forces. Volunteering is not just an extracurricular activity; it is an internal choice, a lifestyle, and a sincere desire to support those who risk their lives every day for our freedom,” emphasize the future law enforcement officers.
In addition to sewing, the young men and women helped with the formation of humanitarian aid shipments, including medicines, food, warm clothing, and other essential items, which will soon be sent to hospitals and the frontlines. Each package was accompanied by handwritten notes from the cadets. They also sorted wet wipes, as hygiene products are critically important for the basic comfort of soldiers in field conditions.
An important area of the cadets’ volunteering efforts is the creation of camouflage nets for the frontline. As part of this initiative, the students collaborate with the “Vuzlyk Dopomohy” project, where they are involved not only in weaving but also in collecting fabric, sorting materials, and sending the finished products. This meticulous task requires focus and endurance, so the cadets approach their responsibilities with great care, understanding its significance for the safety of our soldiers.
According to the future law enforcement officers, all types of volunteering are a vivid example of unity, concern, and sincere support for Ukraine’s defenders from the youth.
