Cadets of the faculties for training specialists for the Criminal Police Units and Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine took part in the meeting.

The event was held in an interactive format, allowing cadets to ask specialists relevant and important questions. Experts from the Psychological Support Department provided participants with valuable recommendations and psychological support, contributing to the strengthening of their emotional well-being and mental health.

Key topics discussed included the development of emotional self-regulation skills, methods for reducing stress, overcoming psychological and physical difficulties, and establishing effective communication with colleagues, leadership, and civilians. Special attention was paid to psychological preparation for performing duties in stressful, dangerous, or emergency situations, as well as to the awareness of one’s strengths and weaknesses to form a responsible and effective interaction style.

Psychologists Anzhelika Moroz and Vladyslav Bidniak emphasized the importance of such meetings for developing emotional maturity, self-awareness, and resilience in the face of life’s challenges. The specialists stressed that the ability to maintain emotional balance is an essential component of future professional success.

Serhii Vyshnevskyi, Head of the Psychological Support Department, noted that seeking psychological help promotes the harmonious development of cadets and increases their effectiveness both in service and in personal life. He highlighted the importance of communication, cooperation, leadership, and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively.
