DSUIA and ARMA Sign Memorandum of Partnership and Cooperation

A memorandum signed between the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) and the South-Eastern Interregional Territorial Office of the Asset Recovery and Management Agency of Ukraine (ARMA) aims to unite efforts in scientific and practical activities.

The purpose of the Memorandum is to consolidate the efforts of both parties to improve the legal framework for state policy in the field of identifying and tracing assets that may be subject to seizure in criminal proceedings or in cases involving the recognition of assets as unjustified and their recovery to the state budget.

Within the framework of the Memorandum’s implementation, joint scientific and practical events are planned, as well as the development of informational, methodological, and analytical materials. The agreement also provides for the involvement of scholars and practitioners in solving pressing issues arising during the course of cooperation.

Additionally, the Memorandum envisages the organization of student internships, support for the career guidance of DSUIA students, and the enhancement of ARMA employees’ qualifications to improve their knowledge, skills, and professional experience.

Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Oleksandr Morgunov, and Head of the South-Eastern Interregional Territorial Office of ARMA, Oleksandr Vedmidskyi, are confident that expanding cooperation between the University and the Agency will contribute to improving the quality of specialist training, the development of scientific potential, and the effective fulfillment of tasks in the field of asset management.
