The briefing for future law enforcement officers was conducted by DSUIA Vice-Rector, Police Lieutenant Colonel Ihor Kovalov, and Deputy Chief for Preventive Activities of Dnipro District Police Department No. 1 of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police Colonel Roman Dorosh.
During the briefing, Roman Dorosh highlighted the complexities of serving on memorial days, including the challenges posed by the large areas of cemeteries and the high number of visitors, some of whom may be intoxicated.
