Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) secured first place at the “Universiada-2025” futsal tournament, showcasing an outstanding level of athletic excellence.
The “Universiada-2025” futsal tournament took place in Dnipro, featuring teams from five higher education institutions: DSUIA, National Technical University “Dnipro Polytechnic,” Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, University of Customs and Finance, and Dnipro State Agrarian and Economic University.
The competition followed a round-robin format, with each team playing four matches. The DSUIA team demonstrated exceptional performance, winning all their games: 5:1 against the University of Customs and Finance, 5:0 against Oles Honchar Dnipro National University, 3:2 against Dnipro State Agrarian and Economic University, and 5:0 against Dnipro Polytechnic.
As a result, DSUIA claimed first place, followed by Dnipro State Agrarian and Economic University in second and Dnipro Polytechnic in third. The tournament was a vivid display of sportsmanship, team cohesion, and the drive for victory fostered by DSUIA among its students.
