Cadets from the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) took part in a blood plasma donation campaign at Biopharma Plasma in Dnipro.
Blood plasma is a critical component used in the treatment of severely wounded military personnel and patients with serious illnesses. Before the procedure, the cadets underwent mandatory medical examinations and adhered to preparation requirements, including a specific diet and hydration regimen. Each donated approximately 700 ml of plasma.
Through their participation, the cadets demonstrated not only civic responsibility but also the high level of accountability expected of future law enforcement officers. Such initiatives foster an active life stance and highlight the importance of helping those in need.
The event was held as part of the “Friendly Support” project by the Department of Education, Science, and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
