NEWS

Twenty-four police officers from Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Vinnytsia, and Mykolaiv regions completed a specialization course at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.

The participants studied the fundamentals of administrative and criminal procedural law, as well as issues related to the prevention and counteraction of domestic violence. Special attention was given to the age-specific characteristics of children, psychological aspects of working with them, and establishing effective cooperation with other institutions involved in child protection.

In addition, the trainees were familiarized with response protocols in cases involving explosive devices, which is a crucial component of their tactical training.

Upon completion of the course, the officers successfully passed a comprehensive final exam that included both theoretical and practical components.

The First Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Ihor Magdalyna, addressed the graduates. He emphasized that officers of the Educational Security Service are a vital support system for both students and teachers, and therefore must be highly qualified professionals.

All participants received certificates of successful course completion.
