The signed document aims to unite the efforts of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) and the Main Directorate of the National Police of Ukraine in Dnipropetrovsk Region in joint scientific and operational activities.
The Memorandum’s goal is to consolidate efforts to enhance the quality of the university’s educational and scientific activities, as well as the operational and service activities of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region. The cooperation encompasses legal education, career orientation for youth toward service in Ukrainian state institutions, practical training of higher education students, and the professional development and training of police officers.
Under the Memorandum, plans include conducting joint research, involving practicing police officers in DSUIA’s educational process, organizing scientific and practical events, preparing scientific and methodological publications, and engaging cadets in activities to ensure public order.
DSUIA Rector, Police Colonel Oleksandr Morhunov, and Head of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police Colonel Oleksandr Hanzha, emphasized that combining scientific potential with practical experience will contribute to higher-quality training of legal professionals and law enforcement officers.
