Contract Law in Action: Binary Class Held at DSUIA

Students of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA) deepened their knowledge of contract law during an interactive session with lawyer Stanislav Liflyanchyk.

The event was attended by cadets from the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine. The binary class, held in the format of an open discussion, was organized by Kristina Rezvorovych, Head of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines at DSUIA. The guest speaker, lawyer Stanislav Liflyanchyk, shared his practical experience in the field of contractual legal relations.

The cadets had the opportunity to expand their theoretical understanding and explore real-life cases from legal practice. The session covered issues of contract formation and execution, legal risks, and methods of protecting rights in case of contractual violations. Particular attention was given to common mistakes in contract drafting, the analysis of current court practice, and recent legislative updates.

The class was conducted in an interactive format: participants actively asked questions, engaged in discussions, and confidently defended their positions based on civil law norms.

Such events are part of a practice-oriented educational approach aimed at equipping future professionals with a strong theoretical foundation and practical thinking skills.
