Training sessions aimed at the effective organization of short-term professional development at the place of service for police officers of the Main Department of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region, prior to their appointment to leadership positions, were conducted by the Department for the Organization of Professional Development and Specialization of DSUIA.
One of the lectures was delivered by Karina Pisotska, PhD in Law, Associate Professor of the Department of Administrative Law and Process, and Senior Police Lieutenant.
During the session, participants discussed current issues of police management under martial law, as well as possible solutions and future prospects. Special attention was given to the development of gender competence in line with UN and NATO standards.
These sessions are held on a regular basis and play a key role in enhancing the professional activities of police officers.
