The head of the higher education institution visited Donetsk region together with the Head of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk region, Police Colonel Oleksandr Hanzha.
During their visit to the front-line positions where officers of the KORD Rifle Regiment are serving, Police Colonel Oleksandr Hanzha addressed the personnel, awarded new special police ranks, and expressed gratitude for their dedicated service and courage.
DSUIA Rector, Police Colonel Oleksandr Morgunov, also spoke with the military and handed over letters from DSUIA cadets, students, and pupils of the Dnipro Lyceum named after Oleksandr Hostishchev. Each letter contained words of gratitude, support, faith in Victory, and sincere wishes for a safe and swift return home.
In addition, the Rector presented the unit with a modern unmanned aerial vehicle, which will enhance the effectiveness of combat operations on the front line.
The head of the institution emphasized that such initiatives are not only about providing assistance but also about uniting the home front and the battlefield. He reaffirmed that DSUIA will continue to support the defenders who are making extraordinary efforts to protect our state.
