Long-Term Professional Development for Patrol Police at DSUIA

The First Vice-Rector of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA), Ihor Mahdalina, met with the participants.

Law enforcement officers from Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, and Donetsk regions will study the fundamentals of constitutional law, ensuring human rights and freedoms, and principles of partnership-based interaction with the public.

Special attention during the training will be given to preparing administrative materials for violations of Traffic Rules, procedures for drafting official documents, and ensuring public safety and order during mass events in accordance with the Scandinavian model, among other topics.

A total of 29 participants will take part in the professional development program.

First Vice-Rector of DSUIA, Ihor Mahdalina, conducted a briefing for the police officers before the start of the training. He emphasized the importance of systematic professional development for law enforcement officers and the continuous acquisition of new knowledge. Additionally, strict adherence to safety requirements, response to air raid alerts, and compliance with the rules for staying on the premises of a higher education institution with specific training conditions were highlighted.
