Current Issues of Operative and Investigative Activities Under Martial Law: Quiz Dedicated to Science Day at DSUIA

The event was organized by the Department of Operative and Investigative Activities of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the National Police of Ukraine.

The quiz was attended by 35 higher education students — 5 teams of 7 participants each, formed from cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the NPU, the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Units of the NPU, and the Educational and Scientific Institute of Training Specialists for Preventive Activity Units of the NPU.

The aim of the event was to deepen cadets’ knowledge of the discipline “Operative and Investigative Activities,” foster a creative approach to solving tasks in their future professional activities, and increase interest in scientific work.

The competition consisted of three stages, with the central one being the intellectual game “Brain Ring.” Participants demonstrated their knowledge of the Law of Ukraine “On Operative and Investigative Activities” and the Instruction on Interaction Between Pre-trial Investigation Bodies and Other Units of the National Police.

Based on the results of all three rounds, the victory went to the team from the Faculty of Training Specialists for Criminal Police Units of the NPU. The second place was awarded to the team from the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-trial Investigation Units of the NPU. The third place went to the second-year team of the same faculty.

The organizing committee also recognized the most active quiz participants: Yaroslav Nadtoka, Oleksandr Deikun, Yehor Biletskyi, Yuliia Tolmachova, Dmytro Prysniak, Yelyzaveta Ihnatchenko, Valeriia Posmetiukhova, Ilona Kahdina, Maksym Vedmedenko, and Andrii Nechytailo.
