Twenty-nine law enforcement officers from Dnipropetrovsk, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk regions have started a 12-day training program at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs.
During the course, patrol police officers will study the fundamentals of constitutional law, the protection of human rights and freedoms, as well as principles of community-oriented policing and cooperation with the public.
Special attention will be given to the preparation of administrative materials for traffic rule violations, the correct formatting of official documents, and the maintenance of public safety and order during mass events—particularly in accordance with the Scandinavian model.
During the initial briefing, participants were reminded of the mandatory compliance with safety requirements, proper response to air raid alerts, and the rules of conduct within the university premises under its specific learning conditions.
