The event was organized by the Department of Firearms Training of Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs in cooperation with the public organization “Razom-UA (Dnipro).”
At DSUIA, a sports session was held in the multimedia shooting range for military veterans. The modern facility is equipped with photo-element-based weapons and interactive targets, while computer simulation enables the creation of various training scenarios: storming a building, clearing an office, engaging targets at a range, repelling an attack on an object, and more.
Such sessions are not only about physical activity—they also play a crucial psychological role. They promote emotional relief, reduce anxiety, and help manage post-stress conditions. Additionally, group interaction, team support, and communication with like-minded individuals enhance the sense of unity and self-confidence.
Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs consistently supports military veterans, creating opportunities for their physical, psychological, and social rehabilitation.
The event was held within the framework of the project “Friendly Support” by the Department of Education, Science and Sports of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
