29 attendees from the Department of Qualification Improvement and Specialization of the Institute of Postgraduate Education and Distance Learning received their certificates.
The participants represented the Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, Poltava, and Donetsk regions. Over the course of 12 days, the law enforcement officers studied the specifics of patrolling, serving at checkpoints, the basics of explosive ordnance disposal, and providing pre-medical assistance. They also underwent firearms, tactical, and psychological training, with particular emphasis on ensuring public safety and order under martial law conditions.
In addition, attention was focused on the fundamentals of constitutional law, the protection of human rights and freedoms, and the principles of community-oriented policing.
Special attention was also given to the preparation of administrative materials for traffic violations, rules for drafting official documents, and maintaining public order and safety during mass events — in line with the Scandinavian model.
At the end of the training, the participants passed a comprehensive final exam, which included both theoretical and practical components. All officers who completed the course received official certificates.
