A binary practical session on the subject “Operational and Investigative Activities” was held at the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs. The topic of the session was “Organization of Work on Operational and Investigative Cases.”
The event was conducted with the participation of Professor of the Department of Operational and Investigative Activities, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor Vitalii Teliychuk, and Deputy Head of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Region, Police Major Valerii Telipko.
Cadets from training group KP-333 took part in the session and actively engaged in discussing current issues related to the organization and management of operational and investigative cases.
The session focused in particular on analyzing practical aspects of cooperation between operational units during the documentation of criminal activity, decision-making algorithms for initiating cases, gathering, and recording operational information, and more.
The binary class format gave future law enforcement officers the unique opportunity to receive answers to their questions directly from a seasoned professional with many years of field experience.
Such sessions are a crucial component in developing the professional competence of cadets, fostering analytical thinking, and preparing them for practical work in the context of modern operational conditions.
