DSUIA Rector, Police Colonel Oleksandr Morhunov Participates in Flower-Laying Ceremony at Heroes’ Alley

The event, held at the Alley of Memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes and Fallen ATO Warriors, brought together representatives of city and regional authorities, international partners, law enforcement officers, and the public.

A commemorative ceremony to honor those killed due to the Russian Federation’s armed aggression took place in Dnipro. DSUIA Rector, Police Colonel Oleksandr Morhunov, joined the flower-laying at the Alley of Memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes and fallen ATO warriors.

The symbolic ceremony united delegations from Germany’s North Rhine-Westphalia and France’s Hauts-de-France, international partners visiting Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. They observed a minute of silence and laid flowers at the memorial, expressing support for Ukraine’s fight for independence and freedom.

Participants included Nathanael Liminski, Minister for Federal, European, International Affairs, and Media, and Head of the State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westphalia; Jean-Paul Mulot, Deputy of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council for International Relations; and Martin Jaeger, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Ukraine.

Foreign partners visited Dnipro to assess the region’s current situation and strengthen interregional cooperation, which is especially significant during wartime.
