The event was organized by the Department of Special Physical Training at Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs (DSUIA).
Students of the O. Hostishchev Dnipro Lyceum participated in a table tennis training session. Under the guidance of Ukraine’s Table Tennis Champion Valeriy Melnyk, they practiced basic strokes, serves, and defensive techniques.
Table tennis enhances teenagers’ coordination, reaction, concentration, and fine motor skills. The sessions strengthen muscles, improve eyesight, reduce stress, and promote emotional stability, while group training fosters team spirit.
Similar events will continue to support the physical development of lyceum students.
