DSUIA Psychologists Took Part in a Supervisory Training “Psychological Recovery Techniques”

With the support of the leadership of DSUIA and the initiative of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Methodological Resource Center, a training was held for practical psychologists and social pedagogues from educational institutions.

The event was attended by Anzhelika Moroz, a psychologist from the Psychological Support Division of the Personnel Department of DSUIA; Nataliia Shynkarenko, a psychologist from the Dnipro Lyceum of Security and National-Patriotic Education named after Oleksandr Hostishchev at DSUIA; and Svitlana Kushnikova, a social pedagogue.

The eight-hour training was conducted by Victor Mushynskyi, Head of the Psychological Service of the Education System of Dnipropetrovsk Region. The event covered a wide range of topics focused on psychological recovery, stress relief, and self-awareness. Participants learned various techniques and methods aimed at improving emotional well-being.

A key aspect of the event was group interaction, which fostered socialization and experience-sharing among colleagues. The practical part of the training included effective tools such as art therapy, work with metaphorical cards, and techniques for identifying and regulating emotional states. Music therapy sparked particular interest, proving to be an engaging and useful method.

The supervisory training was a valuable experience for the participants, providing them with essential skills for psychological recovery, self-reflection, and effective emotional unloading. The exercises provided during the training will be actively used by DSUIA psychologists in sessions with cadets and lyceum students.
