The meeting was attended by the Rector of DSUIA, Police Colonel Oleksandr Morhunov, and Vice-Rector, Police Colonel Oleksandr Yunin.
The Rector of the University solemnly awarded diplomas of the I, II, and III degrees to the winners of competitions held by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Science, and DSUIA, wishing them continued success in their scientific endeavors.
Addressing the attendees, Oleksandr Yunin emphasized the importance of scientific research in the professional development of young people.
The report on scientific activities throughout the 2024/2025 academic year was presented by Mariia Khlivna, a third-year cadet of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Units and the head of the Scientific Society of Higher Education Applicants (SSHEDA). She highlighted the active participation of Society members in conferences, competitions, preparation of scientific publications, and presentations at both the university and national levels.
After discussion, the participants voted by majority to recognize the work of the SSHEDA as satisfactory for the reporting year.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Denys Proshyn, Head of the Department for Organizing Scientific Activities, underlined the significance of research work as an essential component of modern education and encouraged students to continue actively engaging in the scientific field.
