Work with the “Investigative Protocols” App: Workshop for DSUIA Cadets

The event was held with the participation of representatives from the Department of Investigation of Crimes Committed in Armed Conflict Conditions, Investigation Directorate of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

At the DSUIA training ground “Investigation of War Crimes,” Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Police Major Viktoriia Rohalska, together with Deputy Head of the Department of Investigation of Crimes Committed in Armed Conflict Conditions, Investigation Directorate of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Police Major Mykhailo Pokalenko, and Investigator of the same department, Senior Police Lieutenant Stanislav Bakurov, conducted a workshop for 2nd- and 3rd-year cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Bodies of the National Police of Ukraine. The cadets mastered the use of the “Investigative Protocols” app in investigating war crimes.

Practicing professionals demonstrated the app’s functionality to future investigators and assisted in drafting procedural documents, including protocols for inspecting crime scenes (shelling sites) and interviewing witnesses under martial law conditions.
