The Department of Criminal Procedure of the Dnipro State University of Internal Affairs conducted final practical training sessions for cadets of the Faculty of Training Specialists for Pre-Trial Investigation Units of the National Police of Ukraine.
As part of the study of the disciplines “Criminal Procedure” and “Measures to Ensure Criminal Proceedings”, the sessions were attended by Judge Liudmyla Sliusar of the Industrial District Court of Dnipro, Judge Oleksandr Batuiev of the Sobornyi District Court of Dnipro, and Judge Denys Ihnatiev of the Samarskyi District Court of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
These practicing professionals, together with Professor of the Department of Criminal Procedure, Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor, and Police Major Viktoriia Rohalska, assessed the level of knowledge and practical skills acquired by the cadets during their academic training and visits to open court hearings in their extracurricular time.
The cadets had the opportunity to receive constructive practical feedback from the judges and to discuss pressing issues that arise during the implementation of criminal proceedings under martial law conditions.
